Nov. 14, 2018

ICBA Chairman Tim Zimmerman told a banking audience in Japan that community banks are diverse yet share common values.

In a speech at the 29th NIKKIN seminar following keynote remarks from Comptroller of the Currency Joseph Otting, Zimmerman said the shared values of personalized service and mutually beneficial customer relationships create economic value in every corner of their communities.

“The values that community banks share are fundamental to our success and why our sustainable business model has worked for more than a century and will continue well into the future,” Zimmerman said.
